Marc Rheinard has managed to claim a record 5th victory of the Reedy International Touring car Race of Champions.

Marc had started the event off well and managed to get into the lead, however Volker was always close on his tail.  This looked like it was all going to go wrong when Marc had a bad result in the 10th round with a 9th place finish. However he then took a win in the next round and only needed to finish 6th or higher in the last race to claim victory.

This is the first major touring championship win for Marc in some time and it was great to see it happen at the Tamiya Track in California.

The Yokomo drivers of Ronald Volker and Meen Vejrak claimed the final podium positions with Christopher Krapp missing out on the third place because of a DNF on the final day. TRF driver Akio Sobue continues his rise on the international stage with some fast times and an overall 6th place, along with Nicholas Lee also bringing in another TRF419 into the top 10 in 8th place. Naoto Matsukura continued his run of 'eventful' events with 14th overall.

Here is Marc's Winning set-up. It's quite hard to read and the rear springs are X-gear Pinks.

Here are the overall results
