58761 Tamiya DN-01 SR Exclusive Photo and Details

It's been hinted on for some time, but Tamiya is re-releasing the TRF201 buggy (Well sort off).

It's coming back in the the cheaper DN-01 configuration.. but with the twist being this now comes in SR specification so it has a few essential hop-ups. 

There is a unique Steel front axle and hub that allows fitment of Hex wheels.. This is fantastic, these are available separately. 

It will be available end of Sept / October.. so out very soon :)

22106　One-Piece Steel Front Axle & Hub

These are strong steel front wheel axles for 2WD buggies. The hexagonal wheel hub and axle are integrated, improving maintainability. They can be used as spare parts for the DN-01 SR chassis kit, and also for the non-drive wheels of the M08/M07 chassis.

Additional DN-01SR Details below
The 2WD DN-01SR has a longitudinal battery position with R/C units placed on either side for optimum balance. Flat chassis underside enables superb skid characteristics. 4-wheel double wishbone suspension is coupled with long-span suspension arms, CVA shock units, and an aluminium front suspension mount. Monocoque front chassis section features a steering crank with built-in servo saver. In addition, the drivetrain features full ball bearings and the fully-enclosed gearbox is equipped with a ball differential.
