Here is the first photo of the Tamiya TRF420 chassis that we have all been looking forward to seeing.
The new suspension arms do look very durable so let us hope that the C-hubs will be an improvement on the current design which are commonly thought of as the worst part of the current TRF419 chassis.
The battery mounts are good, I would like a no tape option, I hope they are lightweight aluminium or that there are plastic parts that can be swapped in instead. Also now that the chassis will use 43mm suspension shafts there will be less flexibility on changing the wheelbase, although I assume it will be the same as the TBevo7 (1.5mm each end), which is probably enough.
Also, look at the magic floating pinion :)
This next model in the TRF series, it does look very promising. I know many of you (Including myself) are looking forward to giving it a spin at the track :)
