Building and maintaining a RC car is always a great part of the hobby.. Although there are some things that are not that much fun.. One of which is the installation and removal of E-clips. They are there on most builds, even if you are just making the shocks. The internet is full of people cursing about them flying off and becoming lost.

Like all things in this hobby, Tamiya is there to help.

The 74032 Tamiya E-Ring Tool is a godsend for anyone who wants to eliminate this stress from their hobby.

The tool is very simple to use.

To install the E-ring , you just simply slot in the E-Ring at the end of the tool and and push it on to the shaft and it clips on.. no stress, no hassle.. literally minimal effort.

Removing the E-Ring is just as easy. you align the tool to the E-Ring and push against it. This unclips it and moves it away slightly from the shaft.

That's it! Like all tools it makes a painful job much more effortless to perform. This is an essential piece of kit. Now I can concentrate on my Tamtech rebuild without the normal sense of dread that I usually have. :)
