Hello Fellow RC racers,

In my last post I spoke for the need for a new car,

Well I has happened!

I am now the proud owner of an X Ray T3 2012 and I have to say I'm very impressed with it. Even the quality of the packaging. I went to ardent raceway (www.ardentracing.com) to test my new lipo in my old car and decided to take the plunge. So I spoke to Ian and courtesy of MB models (the shop at ardent raceway, www.rccarshop.com) i walked out with the X Ray. i could resist a peek so i may have opened it and  looked at all the indivial packed bag. I'm impressed with the packing of the parts, each bag has a paper with the name of the person who put the bag and contents together. That's an great level of quality control. I took the manual out and had a flick through. I'm very impressed with the quality of everything even the manual is glossy and in colour.

First job is to seal the chassis, so my next blog will be a short one but will cover step 0 of the build.

thanks for reading,
