So Step Zero (what it says in the manual),

We need the smooth the edges with wet and dry and apply super glue to seal all the edges.

Sounds quite easy yeah? It is but need to ensure an even coat only on the bare edges.

Sanding down the edges to ensure they are smooth but sanding carbon fibre is dangerous. The dust can be very harmful if inhaled. So remove the bulkheads and sand down the edges of the chassis wearing the correct PPE.

I then seal the smoothed edges first and then the others cut outs in the chassis, every bare carbon edge is sealed. Getting superglue in the battery tape slot was a challenge. All the countersunk holes sealed to, again a challenge but bit of paper towel the wipe round after applying the glue worked a treat.

All sealed and ready to be rebuilt, fit the bulkhead back on and ready for step one
