Second qualifying didn't go that well. I missed my race thanks to chatting with people.
So, as I embarrassedly lined up for round 3 I knew I had to put in a good one to help my qualifying position for the final.
The tyre warmers had done their trick and the car felt great pulling up to the line.
The race was exciting, I started 3rd but managed to work my way into first after around 3 minutes.
The grip was really good on my car and apart from a couple of barriers that jumped out at me, I was able to hold on and cross the line just before the 5 minutes were up, making me be the only guy on 21 laps and set to be P1 on the grid for the finals.
